Minimum Stay
- Minimum reservation period: 7 nights
Cleaning Service
- Complimentary cleaning service is provided once per week during your stay.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and all indoor areas.
Quiet Hours
In respect of neighboring properties and the peaceful atmosphere of the area, guests are kindly asked to observe the following quiet hours:

Parties & Events
- Parties, private events, celebrations, or gatherings are not permitted unless previously approved and arranged with our agency in advance.
Registered Guests Only
- Only guests included in the original reservation are allowed to stay at the property.
- Additional guests or visitors outside the confirmed guest list are not permitted without prior approval.
Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit of €1000 is required prior to check-in.
- The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided that no damages, loss, or violations of the house rules are found at the property.
