Villa Alegria is a lovely rustic style villa for rent or sale located in Kassandra peninsula Halkidiki. The property is fully private with amazing sea view and private garden. The villa also offers to our guest’s excellent collective furniture and materials. The spot is really quite ideal for relaxing 12 months a year.

The main house offers on the ground level 2 comfortable double bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom, plus 1 bathroom, as 2 master bedrooms on the first level one with en-suite bathroom plus 1 bathroom.

The ground level consist also a living room fully equipped kitchen, dining room and bathroom.

Basement level: A SPA relaxing zone area with steam bath and sauna, as well as relaxation area and massage zone.

The external kitchen is fully equipped with barbecue area, a table for 14 people overlooking the forest and private fountain in the garden of the house. The main villa hosting up to 8 guests.

The villa offer also 4 more guest houses outside of the main property. The bungalow-style bedrooms are each with a private bathroom, TV, and air conditioning ideal for hosting up to 8 guests more.

The villa hosting up to 16 guests maximum.
