To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests, please observe the following house rules:
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 4:00 PM (16:00)
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Please respect these times to allow our housekeeping team to prepare the villa for incoming guests.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests are welcome to smoke only in the designated outdoor areas and are kindly asked to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Quiet Hours
In accordance with Greek regulations, guests are kindly requested to respect the official quiet hours:
- 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
During these hours, please keep noise to a minimum to respect the neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere of the area.
Security Deposit
A €500 refundable security deposit is required before check-in.
The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided that no damage has occurred to the property, its furnishings, equipment, or contents, and that the House Rules have been respected.
Additional Rules
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
- Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted.
- Please treat the villa and its furnishings with care.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Before departure, please switch off all lights, air conditioning units, and electrical appliances, and ensure the villa is left in a tidy condition.
