If you are arriving by plane or have a different arrival schedule, please inform us in advance of your exact expected arrival time, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your check-in.

Please ensure that the villa is vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Quiet Hours & Respect for the Surroundings
Villa Sofia is designed for a peaceful, private and relaxing holiday. We kindly ask all guests to respect the surrounding environment and our neighbours.
Please observe the official quiet hours in Greece:
Summer period (1 April – 30 September):
- 15:00 – 17:30
- 23:00 – 07:00
Winter period (1 October – 31 March):
- 15:30 – 17:30
- 22:00 – 07:30
These hours are established under Greek law.
Outside these hours, the villa is intended for peaceful and private relaxation. Loud music, parties, events and any activities that may disturb the surrounding area are strictly prohibited.
Swimming Pool Safety
Please use the swimming pool responsibly and with appropriate care.
- Diving and jumping into the pool are strictly prohibited.
- Children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times when using or playing near the pool.
- Please do not run around the pool area, as the surrounding surfaces may become slippery when wet.
- The pool is used entirely at the guests’ own responsibility.
- Please follow all safety instructions provided at the property.
Care of the Villa & Its Equipment
We kindly ask you to treat Villa Sofia, its furniture, appliances, equipment and outdoor areas with care and respect.
Please use all facilities responsibly and leave the property in a clean and orderly condition. Any damage caused through negligence, misuse or inappropriate use of the property or its equipment may be subject to additional charges.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and in all indoor areas.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated BBQ area outdoors.
Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and never leave them on the ground, in the garden or near any vegetation.
BBQ & Fire Safety
The BBQ area may be used responsibly and only in accordance with the following safety requirements:
- Before lighting the BBQ, make sure the surrounding area is clear of dry leaves, vegetation, paper, fabrics and any other flammable materials.
- Never leave the BBQ unattended while it is lit or hot.
- Keep children away from the BBQ and supervise them at all times.
- Do not use excessive amounts of charcoal or other combustible materials.
- Never use petrol, alcohol or other highly flammable liquids to start or intensify the fire.
- Keep a safe distance between the BBQ and any furniture, umbrellas, curtains or other combustible objects.
- Do not dispose of hot charcoal or ash in rubbish bins or anywhere near vegetation.
- After use, make sure the fire and charcoal are completely extinguished and fully cooled before leaving the area or disposing of any remains.
- In the event of strong winds or conditions that increase the risk of fire, do not use the BBQ.
- Please immediately report any fire, damage or safety concern to the property management team.
Fire safety is everyone’s responsibility. Please use the BBQ with care and never leave an open flame unattended.
