Villa Thea consists of 5 bedrooms, living room, 3 bathrooms with shower and one bathroom without shower. The closer beach is 1 kilometer and 72 kilometers from Thessaloniki airport. The distance from the closest village is 2 kilometers where the guests might enjoy beach bars, famous restaurants, shops and coffe bars.
All levels are equipped with air conditioning (inverter air cooling units), central heating, while there is also an internal fireplace with wood. Furthermore smoke detector exists in all rooms (carbon monoxide), as fire extinguisher. There is a dedicated work space available in the house under the pool which can be used as an office. There are also chairs, umbrellas and small tables in the pool area.
The property offer excllent standard of living with high aesthetic material for our guests. The villa is ideal for family or friends vacation.
