It includes a two-storey main residence of 90m² connected to a garden studio (37m²) by a pretty, shaded lawn.

The studio lies in the center of the well tendered garden offering amenities for the most demanding needs. The well-equipped barbeque area can satisfy a large group of people while moments of peace and quietness will be part of the day.

The garden shields the barbecue and dining area with a 16m² pergola. Simply walk out of the living room (18m²) through the patio doors, relax in the shade of the private terrace or one step more to relax on the sun beds of the sandy beach.

Ground level: It consists of an open plan ground floor with a large living room, one sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom (Master bedroom) and one bathroom with shower. (Sleeps 4)

Upper level:There is separate entrance for the second floor which leads to a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. (sleeps 2)

The Villa also shares an external Studio for 2 people with a double bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower. (sleeps 2)

The spacious bedroom offers wonderful views to the sea. Fully equipped kitchen to make everyday needs easy and pleasant. One can enjoy the relaxation of a Cocktail on the outdoor balcony after a refreshing swim with the magnificent views to Diaporos Island.
