Upper Floor

On the upper level, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, and a private balcony with jacuzzi and panoramic sea views. An additional bedroom with king-size bed and a separate bathroom with shower and WC is also located on this floor.

Independent Guesthouse & Laundry Studio

Each villa also includes an independent guesthouse for two guests with a private bathroom and garden view. The guesthouse is part of the same building but features a separate private entrance from the main villa.

For additional convenience, two of the three villas also include a fully equipped mini studio/laundry room with bathroom, washing machine, and dryer.
