Villa luxury pool Marmaras it's a modern Villa with a breathtaking panoramic sea and mountain view, located on the hill above Porto Carras Hotel, four kilometers away from the village of Neos Marmaras Sithonia.

The property laying on 150 square meters into 4000 sq/m, three semi levels, property, containing a large open plan living area, indoors and outdoors, and offering privacy in a very idyllic spot. It can accommodate up to 6-8 persons.
