The balcony has a big table and a lounge space with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as two sunbeds for relaxing moments in the sun, and an outdoor barbeque. At the back of the house there is an external shower with hot water as well.

The garden is 3.000 square meters big and offers a great opportunity for children to play. There is no other properties on the plot plot, meaning that the feeling of privacy is unique which also comes along with easiness to relax, something that is felt immediately when arriving.

The beach is connected to the house by a semi-private path and the sea is stunning, human-friendly, turquoise, not to deep and suited for children.
